Maggie in Sedona, in 2014

Maggie (shown here in Sedona after a hiking trip to the Grand Canyon in 2014 with her family), loved moving her body and was always practicing yoga, despite not being formally introduced to any teachers or classes. It was her nature to move and eat healthy. But cancer struck suddenly and without warning. Maggie died within 10 months of being diagnosed. Before she died, she asked us to help save other children from suffering. Since that time, her family has been dedicated to honoring her by donating to research to find better treatment options, and helping families with children affected.

This page is dedicated to Yoga Studios wishing to honor Maggie’s spirit, and to give back to children affected by pediatric cancers. We hope you’ll join our efforts by dedicating a class or two to Maggie’s Mission to help her journey and fight, even after death, to help ease others suffering.
