RESOURCES

Sometimes we get asked for help in areas that don’t fall under the scope of our foundation, so we are starting a list of resources. Check back often as we add additional links to other organizations that may be able to offer assistance.

CancerCare for Kids®
Provides free, professional support services for parents, children and adolescents affected by cancer, as well as information about helping children understand cancer and additional resources.

JZips
We wish we had had the opportunity to provide Maggie with a shirt that allowed for easy access to her medi-port (something that needs to be done often when a child is in treatment).

JZips writes “the experience of chemotherapy is scary and unpleasant on so many levels for a child. That’s why JZips aims to provide comfort and convenience to these brave children. Our functional zipper shirts make accessing medical ports fast and easy, while kid friendly designs bring a small sense of fun and normalcy to the situation.”

Bereaved Parent Trip
The Team Campbell Foundation (“TCF”) Bereaved Parent Trip Program looks to provide parents who have lost a child to cancer with an opportunity to reconnect as a couple and continue the healing process.

Rhett’s Roost
A sanctuary for families that have experienced childhood cancer or child loss. Family retreats, peer-to-peer support, and virtual offerings that focus on mindful healing of trauma & grief through therapeutic and community support.

Sunrise Association
The mission of the Sunrise Association is to bring back the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings worldwide. Sunrise accomplishes this through the creation and oversight of welcoming, inclusive summer day camps, year-round programs and in-hospital recreational activities, all offered free of charge.

Please note, Maggie’s Mission cannot guarantee services available.
