Pediatric cancer awareness month is almost here. Starting this Friday, September 1st, Maggie’s Mission goes gold for the 6th year in a row - helping to spread awareness and helping children and families who are affected by pediatric cancers.
We’ll be kicking off Maggie’s “Do S’more” Challenge in schools and will host our inaugural S’mores for More 4K Sunset Run, just one month from today! The race is presented by The Northport Running Club.
A photo from the original Maggie’s Challenge in September 2017, a fundraiser held in the South Huntington School district where Maggie’s father is a teacher. The Challenge raised over $33,000 and helped Maggie’s Mission start The Good We Do.
Join the Challenge and wrap it up with us in person on Saturday, September 30th for a fast cross country race, a free kids fun run, and some tasty S’mores for More treats after. Hopefully we’ll all catch a sunset too! All Maggie favorites!
